Sean & Chelsea Married :: Wrightsville Beach, NC

After a beautiful ceremony at Airlie Gardens in Wilmington, NC, Sean and Chelsea had an intimate dinner planned at Shell Island Resort with family.  We were lucky enough to get to know the families and spend some time with these two on the beach after dinner was served.  As a native Wilmingtonian, I am very very partial to these beaches, Wrightsville in particular.  Sean and Chelsea could not have picked a more wonderful place to celebrate the rest of their lives together!  Thank you so much to them and their families for having us to such an intimate event.  We wish you all a lifetime of happiness!

Sean & Chelsea Married :: Airlie Gardens Wedding (part one)

Memorial Weekend was a special weekend because we finally got to meet and photograph the wedding of Sean and Chelsea in Wilmington, NC.  I LOVE hometown weddings!  Airlie Gardens is such a beautiful location to get married, take photos, and just wander the grounds taking in all the southern proper charm.

We met Chelsea at her home and started to cover all the details of the day.  Chelsea and Sean had a very intimate wedding, only including close family.  This allowed for a lot of time to photograph the bride and groom!  After the 3pm ceremony we had the gardens to ourselves, and sought out some great locations that both hid us from the heat and provided lovely images.

CASTING ENGAGED COUPLES :: “Don’t Tell The Bride” – Oprah Winfrey Network

They are casting dynamic couples who are currently engaged, but lack the funds to have a dream wedding.  “Don’t Tell the Bride” gives $25,000 to 8 cash-strapped couples to create the wedding of their dreams.  The only catch is the bride and groom can’t see each other for three weeks before the nuptials, AND the groom has to plan the whole wedding in secret (with NO input from his bride).

Casting Requirements:

– Must be over 18 years of age

– Currently engaged

– Willing and able to get legally married between July 2011 – September 2011

– Have a few groomsmen and bridesmaids with big personalities willing to be on the show with you

– No long distance or destination weddings. You must be willing to marry within driving distance of couple’s residence(s).
