Davis Family :: Alpharetta Family Photographer

About a week ago I had the pleasure of hanging out with the Davis family over in Alpharetta.  We had a great time!  My favorite was this little guy very willingly saying “CHEESE” many, many times for me!

Isn’t she such a beautiful little girl!?!?

As a reward for being SO good, we headed over to the playground area for the end of the session.

Thank you Davis Family for spending the afternoon with me!  To view more of these images when they are released online please sign the guestbook here: http://www.pictage.com/927582

The Fair

As I scanned the Internet looking for quotes to add to this post I was reminded of something the Governor said yesterday…it was something along the lines of it not being Fall without the Fair.  As a kid I remember going on occasion in Wilmington.  And, I have some wonderful memories of the Fair for Paula’s birthday in Asheville! Man, there is nothing better than the sunset over the mountains at the top of a Farris wheel!  My first experience with the fair in GA was yesterday.  Many things, when I look back one day, that are “firsts” for me in GA will have to do with traveling with the Governor.  I am thankful that this is one of those memories.

In our house, it would not be Fall without football.  But, one thing is for sure, it is not Fall without going to the fair, or seeing one as you pass by down the road.  Happy Fall Y’all!

JP & Ellen Married :: Roswell, GA Wedding (part two)

JP and Ellen were married at the Roswell Mill Club here in our little suburb of Roswell, GA. We love that area of town and we were SUPER excited when Ellen mentioned they were going to get married there! They had a lovely wedding reception outside and the celebration and reception continued inside the RMC. JP and Ellen were surrounded by great friends and family all night!

Ellen shared with me that the florist made these great trees used below. They were great decoration and really looked amazing on top of the cake!

I went back and forth on what image form the cake cutting to share, many were sweet, but this image for some reason really stuck out for me. I think that it is the smile on JP’s face. I kinda feel like he was contemplating his next move…or, maybe just really excited for some delicious pumpkin spice cake!

Before we knew it the night had flown by…

JP and Ellen, we cannot thank you enough!

For friends and family, to view these images when they are released please sign the guest book here: http://www.pictage.com/927676 Thanks Y’all!!

JP & Ellen Married :: Roswell Mill Wedding (part one)

You all may remember JP and Ellen from our E: Session a few months ago?  I cannot believe that so much time, and a whole summer, has already passed by since then!  We have had a blast going on this journey with them, and getting to take part in their amazing wedding day.

I met a few of the ladies early in the day at Salon 2E in Buckhead, where everyone was buzzing with excitement, and getting their hair done.  I always tell brides, my favorite part of the wedding day is the transformation a bride takes from her everyday to a bride.  The hair, make-up, natural glow from the day, and love and support of so many friends and family really allow for all brides to truly be fabulous.  Ellen WAS completely fabulous!

We are so thankful to Ellen and JP for having us on their wedding day!  We are so lucky to have the VERY BEST clients, and cannot thank them and their entire wedding party for being to gracious.  We wish you two a lifetime of happiness!

Other details from the day:

Flowers: Corrine Siegal (La Petite Fleur)

Hair: Salon 2E

Make-Up: Woo Skincare

Venue: Roswell Mill Club

Cake: For Goodness Cakes

DJ: Barry Lyle at Music Masters DJ
